The following has been stated:

• The scheme, implemented by the Directorate of Education, aims to promote girls’ education in line with Beti Bachao Beti Padhao by reducing dropout rates and supporting higher education. It has two key components:

o (ii) reimbursement of tuition and academic fees for domicile girl students pursuing professional courses (Diploma, Graduation, and Post-Graduation). • Implementation is monitored by a designated committee, and benefits are disbursed via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) after scrutiny of applications and documents. Strict provisions exist for misuse, including recovery and legal action in case of false claims.
